  1. TEACHER OF JAZZ, TAP AND MODERN DANCE

    The Arts Educational Schools London is seeking to appoint, from September 2013, a Jazz, Tap and Modern Dance specialist to teach pupils aged 11 – 18 years. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to teach across the full age and curriculum range and have an awareness of the practical elements of the BTEC specification. They must also demonstrate the ability to choreograph, as they will be required to create work for our productions. The post is in excess of 14 hours and is ideally suited to an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher who wants to work with talented young people.     Surrey based SHOWSHACK Theatre and Dance School are looking for a fully qualified enthusiastic CDE (DDI) or Licentiate ISTD Tap and Modern Teacher to head up this vibrant section of the school. Teaching beginners to vocational classes and working mainly after school hours including some weekends. In excess of 15 hours per week with the opportunity to expand the position, which is available from September 2013.
