She is currently a Fellow of the ISTD, examiner and Committee Member of the Classical Greek Dance Faculty and a representative on the Theatre Faculty Board. Kay is also an organiser of the Classical Greek Dance bi-annual Festival and the Classical Greek Dance Association Summer School, held each year at Christ's Hospital School, Horsham. She has had her own school since 1986 based in East Grinstead.
