Music
in Examinations
We would like to remind teachers that the suggestions
given as to suitable music available on existing Classical
Greek CDs for some of the examination sequences are
indeed just suggestions.
Teachers should be aware that other music may be used,
either recorded or played by a pianist. The only stipulation
is that the choice of music should reflect and aid the
quality of movement required by the set sequence.
This should encourage all teachers to give candidates
the opportunity to work with many musical styles, and
allow teachers the flexibility to choose music appropriate
to different examination candidates.
