A discretionary prize of £1,000 may be awarded to a ballet sctudent who has been accepted by or who is already studying on an accredited Classical Ballet course at one of the following schools:
The Royal Ballet School
Central School of Ballet
Elmhurst School for Dance
English National Ballet School
Northern Ballet School
Rambert School of Ballet
London Studio Centre
Kate Simmons Dance
Tring Park School for Performing Arts
and other establishments of international repute
Candidates must hold the Intermediate Certificate or higher of the Imperial Classical Ballet Faculty.
Minimum age limit for entry is 15 years on 1st September 2012. Candidates will be required to take part in a class at Advanced 1 level but are not required to show a dance. Previous winners of this award are not eligible to compete.
Entry fee: £20.00
