Heather Burns
Heather
Burns is a Fellow and trainee Examiner of the National
Faculty and a Fellow of the Imperial Classical Ballet
Faculty.
Heather
started training at Pat Eakets School, Blackburn, and
then continued her training at the Northern Ballet School.
On completion of the three year course Heather taught
at the Jersey Academy of Dancing for 7 years before
returning to open her own school in Lancaster, which
now has two other branches.
After
taking the part time post of Associate Lecturer in National
at Preston College in 1991, for the past four years
Heather has held the full time position as Head of Dance
at the college.
