It is becoming increasingly difficult to cover Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 in Modern Theatre and Tap when these are mixed with Grades and Medals at private sessions.

For many years now, the Classical Ballet Faculties have had a rule that Advanced 1 and Advanced 2 should be entered at Centres, unless the majority of the examining day consists of vocational examinations.

It has been decided, therefore, to apply this rule to Modern Theatre and Tap for examination sessions after 1st January 2004, in order to relieve the pressure on the examining board. Hopefully we will then be able to cover your examinations quicker and more efficiently.
