The 63rd Annual General Meeting

The 63rd Annual General Meeting of the ISTD will be held at ISTD2 Dance Studios on Thursday 24th July 2008 at 3pm.

Full notice of the AGM has been mailed to members under separate cover from DANCE. In that mailing you will receive all papers relating to the AGM including the ISTD Annual Report and ISTD Benevolent Fund Finance Statements and Report of Trustees 2007.

If you have not received this mailing please do contact our Membership Administrator Nick Murray, email membership@istd.org or telephone +44 (0) 02 7377 155 (ext. 854) so that we can ensure you are provided with the appropriate information.

We appreciate that holding an AGM on any given date or at a particular location restricts the number of members able to attend. However, if you can make it to the AGM we would be delighted to see you. Refreshments will be served after the meeting.

I can also confirm that the business of the meeting will be fully reported in the next edition of DANCE and on the company website www.istd.org.
