News
This section lists
recent news items. Some articles give you information on changes taking
place within the ISTD. You can also find detailed information on up and
coming dance events, as well as reports on events that have happened.
The news section
is updated regularly so we therefore recommend that whether you are a member
of the ISTD or not you visit this section on a regular basis so you are
continually kept up-to-date.

This section provides
links to all the ISTD Faculty microsites.
Dance
Styles
This section gives
you details of the different dance styles involved in the ISTD and the
syllabus outline. The ISTD is formed into twelve Faculties.
They include
Classical Ballet (both Cecchetti and Imperial Syllabi), Classical
Greek Dance, National Dance, Modern Theatre Dance, Tap Dance, South
Asian Dance, Modern Ballroom, Latin American, Sequence, Disco/Freestyle/Rock
'n' Roll and Club Dance.
In addition to these
are the Natural Movement Group and the Dance Research Committee. The ISTD
also offers examinations in Applied Anatomy & Physiology and The History
and Development of Western Dance

The Training section
of the web site provides information on all the qualifications, courses
and activities that are on offer.

This section helps
you understand more about the ISTD. You can find information on how it
developed, the aims of the society, how it is structured, who runs the

examinations is an introduction
on examinations which also includes exam dates and results. The
Customer Services
section helps you find information regarding ISTD customer services
