Miss Christine Axon

Christine Axon was originally trained to Advanced Level in the Cecchetti Method by Jean Axon and Brenda Elliott in Bolton, and later by Cynthia Carr, Eileen Langman and Joan Hewson. She holds the Enrico Cecchetti Diploma, for which she studied with Kate Simmons, and has a B.A. Hons and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Christine is a Fellow and International Examiner for the I.S.T.D. and Cecchetti Area Organiser for the North West. She has been Co-Principal of the Frances Bleasdale School of Dancing in Bolton since 1997 and has been a Cecchetti Faculty Committee member for four years.
