At the last Theatre Faculties' Board meeting, it was decided to end the Licentiate Diploma examination in its current format. Therefore the final History examination session will be November 2003. With the introduction of the Foundation in Dance Instruction and Certificate in Dance Education, it was felt that the history element would be covered in sufficient detail here, to query the presence of it at a higher level. This will apply worldwide.

The Anatomy paper, however, will be remaining. This will continue as part of the Fellowship examination. Details of this will be released at a later date.

If teachers have completed the History papers to date, they will be used as credits during the APL process towards the Foundation in Dance Instruction and Certificate in Dance Education.
