Accredited Prior Learning (APL) Courses News |

If
you are required to complete APL refresher courses as part of
your APL outcome for Certificate in Dance Education (CDE) Units
4 and 5, please see the Course Directory section at the back
of this magazine or visit the ISTD website on www.istd.org/training
where a full list is available.
We have arranged courses on weekdays, over consecutive days,
and in a number of areas outside of London in order to give
teachers as many options as possible to complete their APL course
requirements.
If you would like to book a place on any of the courses, please
contact Education and Training by email on educationassistant@istd.org
for a green APL Course Booking Form and return it, along with
the full payment, to the Education & Training Department
at ISTD HQ.
Before attending any APL course, if you have not already done
so, please complete the yellow Certificate in Dance Education
(CDE) Registration Form, available from Gemma Bridge, Teaching
Modules Administrator, at ISTD HQ via tma@istd.org
or on 020 7377 1577. If you have not completed a form the courses
you attend will not be credited to your APL requirements.
Please note that APL Courses are not designed for those candidates
who are required to complete CDE Units 4 and 5 by sitting the
written examinations although these candidates are welcome to
attend for reasons of their own professional development.
