Distance Learning

Candidates are able to study the following units of the Foundation in Dance Instruction (FDI) and Certificate in Dance Education (CDE) as a distance learning package in conjunction with a Distance Learning Tutor:

• Promotion of Health and Safety in Dance
  FDI Unit 2 and CDE Unit 4

• Lifespan Development and Learning in Dance
  FDI Unit 3 and CDE Unit 5

• Background to a Chosen Dance Genre
  FDI Unit 6 and CDE Unit 8

Your Approved Dance Centre will provide you with all the details and carry out the examination of the unit at the appropriate time.
