Mental Health and the Dancer

The last year has certainly taken a toll on the most resilient of people and for those who suffer with any form of mental health this has been exceptionally challenging.

As a dance teacher you may be looking for support or to find some suggestions to support your dancers returning to the studio.

In his role as an ex-dancer and psychotherapist and counsellor, Terry will be discussing what mental health is and offering some simple tools to use in the studio or for ourselves.

Come and listen and bring some of your questions to explore some of the key issues impacting so many of us currently.
