Pilates with Classical Ballet

This course will focus on developing the back lines of the body, the forgotten aspect of core stability which is arguably the most important for the classical ballet dancer. We will be looking at building the awareness of these lines throughout the torso using simple exercises that can be translated easily into classical ballet technique.
