Initial Teaching Qualifications

We offer different training qualifications depending on your geographical location and the genre(s) you wish to teach. Our initial teaching qualifications are aimed at new teachers with no prior teaching experience.

The Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) - our Ofqual* regulated Initial teaching qualification in Theatre Dance genres is accessible to all UK and European residents while the non-regulated qualifications, the Associate and Associate Diploma, is accessible for residents outside Europe.

Dancesport genres follow a different route and these are accessible to all UK and International students.
