Autumn Promotion  

Members - was £30, now £20 per hour
Non Members - was £40, now £30 per hour

T&Cs: Promotional rate is per hour for bookings made from 01 October to 23 December, on Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.

Studio facilities

The studio dimensions are 9.9m (length) x 7.95m (depth) with windows along two sides with fully functional blackout blinds.

• The studio space has full disabled access.
• All floors accessible via a lift
• Television screen
• Step-free access via a ramp (71cm / 31 inches wide. Please note it may not be suitable for all wheelchair types)
• Accessible toilet available (wheelchair users will require assistance due to fire doors).

Bookings are currently available from 9am - 10pm and hire times are inclusive of set-up and pack-down.

Please note that the charges listed above are before VAT.

Payment terms

Once the booking has been agreed, an invoice will be sent to the hirer. The booking is only confirmed on receipt of payment. An email receipt will be sent to hirer when full payment has been received. Payment must be made in full at least three days prior to the room hire.

Cancellation and refund terms and conditions

Failure to pay the invoiced amount by the invoice due date will result in the termination of the booking. The hirer understands that any cancellations:

• made more than 7 days in advance of the session will be charge at 25% of the invoiced amount.
• made between 4-7 days in advance of the session will be charged at 50% of the invoiced amount.
• made within 3 days of the session will be non-refundable.

• By car: Include EC2A 4QE in your sat nav. Please note that there is no parking on-site. Some nearby roads have metered parking, and there are a number of car parks in the local area.
