Who can apply?

Members holding a Licentiate qualification in either Imperial Classical Ballet or Classical Indian Dance are eligible to stand for election to their respective faculty committee.

How to apply

To stand for election, please complete the application form, including:

• A recent headshot
• A short biography or manifesto (maximum 200 words)

Nominations

In addition to your application, you will need two nominators - a proposer and a seconder - to support your candidacy.

Both must be Full or Life Members of the Society.

As the election process is being conducted online:

• Please forward the nomination form to your chosen nominators.
• Once completed, the form will be returned to us directly.
• You are welcome to review the nomination form yourself before sending it on.

Please note: Submitting an application and receiving nominations does not guarantee a place on the committee. If there are more candidates than available positions, a formal election will be held, and members will vote to determine the outcome.

Deadline

All applications and nominations must be submitted by 15 September 2025.
