If you are an ISTD member who is currently entering pupils for ISTD Disco, Freestyle or Rock 'n' Roll medals, you and your pupils are eligible to take part in these fun and exciting competitions.

Terms and Conditions 

• All Competitors must be studying with and entered by a registered ISTD teacher. 
• All communication regarding competitors will be conducted between the ISTD and the registered ISTD teacher entering students. Parents and guardians should direct any queries regarding their child to the teacher/ school. 
• In purchasing tickets and competing in these events, you have agreed to the terms and conditions detailed in the teachers pack. You also confirm that competitors have been informed, read and agreed to the competition safety guidelines. 
• Teachers and competitors shall agree to abide by ALL the rules laid down for the Competition and shall accept the Adjudicator's decision as final. No individual feedback will be given.
• Teachers are responsible for their own pupils’ safety during these events.
• The ISTD accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you, persons around, your property or your identity.
• Please refer to the current ISTD rules for competition guidance and dresswear.
• The ISTD reserves the right to cancel or amend any session within this event.
• Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organiser.

Consent and release

ISTD is committed to the principle that the interests and welfare of participants taking part in dance activities is paramount. To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, ISTD needs your permission before we take any photography or video of you.

By acknowledging and agreeing to these terms, I consent to ISTD photographing or videoing me at this event. I can confirm that I have been made aware that these images or videos could be used in dance-related publications, the ISTD website, at future events, and broadcast on social media or video streaming services. I give the ISTD permission without a time limit to use this photography or video (including facial images) worldwide on any medium.
