Yes, you are entitled to:
i) 100% credit of the discounted remote exam fee, provided we are informed ahead of the exam day so that timetable is amended and candidates are withdrawn. The credit can be transferred to another session (traditional or remote) within 12 months from the exam date, or
ii) 50% refund of the relevant fee.
Please note that refund or credit requests must be submitted to our team within the relevant notification period and accompanied by a medical note/evidence of illness, in accordance with our refunds and credits policy here.
