Exam Result and Certificate Timelines
ISTD aims to deliver each of the services listed in this document within the stated timescales, provided that all required information has been received and any necessary quality assurance checks have been completed. These timescales support clear communication with members and help ensure that results, reports and certificates are issued in a timely and consistent manner. In rare circumstances, delays may arise due to factors outside ISTD’s immediate control, such as technical issues, delays in post or examiner ill health. Where this occurs, ISTD will inform teachers of any potential delay and provide updates as appropriate.
