Using mark schemes effectively: Turning assessment into meaningful teaching and individual growth

 

This webinar aims to de mystify mark schemes and to support you as teachers to use them effectively within your teaching to enable your students to progress and develop their core skills. Whether you are a new or experienced teacher this CPD will support you to consider different teaching strategies, understand criteria and to share best practice.

Knowing what the mark scheme means will enable you to focus on the key areas required to achieve a successful assessment in any genre as well as enabling pupils to make progress within the dance studio.

 

Who might this be suitable for?

Whether you enter pupils for examination or not this will be a useful webinar for all dance teachers who use our specifications so that you can understand mark schemes and to enhance your teaching skills. So if you are at the start of your DDE/Associate training, or you are an experienced teacher this will be a relevant course for any genre.
