Credits that have been requested within the notification period specified in our refunds and credits policy, must be applied on sessions taking place within 12 months from the original exam date. Credits can be applied to another session organised by the same primary organiser, for either in-person or remote exams. Credits may only be used toward exam fees and cannot be used for membership fees or other Society activities/products.
It is the responsibility of the primary organiser to use credits within the 12-month period as outlined in our refunds and credits policy. Any unused credits will automatically expire, and ISTD cannot be held liable for any loss.
