Who are the Faculty committees?

The Faculty committees provide a two-way channel for communication and consultation within the wider membership body. Each dance faculty committee is elected by the eligible full-teaching and life members of the ISTD.

Faculty committee members generously give their time and expertise voluntarily to attend regular meetings and attend cross-genre working groups. The committees and the Head of Theatre Qualifications or Head of Dancesport Qualifications work together to represent the views and expertise of members in the development of syllabi and examination work. They also oversee a wide range of competitions, events, and courses to meet the needs of teachers and students.

Find out more about them here.
