"Before moving to the online portal, I was personally responsible for every stage of the process: taking orders, making them up, delivering them, and then dealing with any exchanges or returns. Each of those tasks sat on top of teaching, running classes and managing the school, and they tended to land at the busiest points of the term.

How it works
